Summary:
Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such as insurance verification, scanning and filing, data entry, and collection of co-payments.
Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
Prior office experience as well as experience with customer service and insurance is a definite plus.
